Jim Gauronski
candidate’s message
My name is James (Jim) Gauronski. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 18 years. My wife Anita and I moved here in 2005 after falling in love with this great neighborhood. I am a USAF veteran and a member of the local American Legion. I served during the Vietnam Era for six years, both active and nonactive. I retired from working at a local automotive dealer as a parts consultant during the pandemic.
Many of you know me as I have served on the Board of Directors for Crystalbrook in the past and am presently serving as vice president. I voluntarily took that position when a former board member resigned. I am responsible for meeting with the landscapers and overseeing that operation weekly. By doing so, I have been a part of keeping the dues at a minimal increase by seeing unnecessary increases that have saved our homeowners’ money each year.
I stay actively involved in taking care of issues that come up within the neighborhood. I take the time to research vendors for services needed within the community to save money and get the best deal available to our community. As a board member, I question the things needing to be done to ensure they are necessary and followed up in a timely manner. I attend meetings held by the Four Seasons Board of Directors and keep on top of what goes on within that community as well. I wish to continue to be a member of the board and to continue to serve my community.
