Rae Henoch

Hi neighbors! I am the current president of the Crystalbrook HOA and also have served as secretary. I have been a resident for nearly eight years. I feel our neighborhood is the “hidden gem” of Beaverton and absolutely love my home and community.

Since joining the board, I have been an important part of the beautification and evolution of the neighborhood. The new signage, bark dust, plantings at both entrances and the Trillium Lane berm, and the river rock have been completed since I have been board president. Additionally, I have ensured that the finances and spending have remained in check and have made sure our reserves continue to grow. This is very important due to our aging infrastructure. I have also created a great working relationship with the Four Seasons Board of Directors. One of the results of this is I negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding that Four Seasons would provide bark dust to our common areas, thus saving us quite a bit of money. We also are now working together on things such as the creek and nutria problems.

My three-year plan is as follows: I would like to continue to monitor the community financials and ensure that our reserves are at the appropriate level. I don’t want to see an assessment should we have some large disaster that should be covered by reserves. I want to continue to address the issues that plague us, such as proper drainage, the creek rising, dying trees and attached plumbing issues. I want to continue to make improvements where necessary to ensure the value of our homes continues to increase. I will continue to listen to each and every one of you on your concerns and will work with my fellow board members to rectify them.
