Steven R. Hall
I am interested in serving on the board because I believe that homeowner participation is critical to sustain the well-being of the community. I have served in similar capacities with other organizations and have found it personally rewarding. I enjoy learning about my community and making a contribution.
I served as president of the board for the American Plaza Towers Condominium Association for nearly two years. On that board, I dealt with complex budgeting and capital improvement issues. For several years, I also served as public information officer (PIO) for Multnomah County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES). My responsibilities included community outreach about the organization and its mission as well as recruitment of new members. As PIO, I wrote articles for the organization’s newsletter and for local newspapers. As a group, we coordinated with other organizations and county offices.
I am retired from Kaiser Permanente where I served for 20 years as a director in human resources.
I look forward to learning more about the community and my neighbors’ goals and concerns. My primary concerns are to maintain the fiscal health of Crystalbrook and ensure that our infrastructure is well-maintained. Soliciting homeowner participation and input are important as well. Finally, I am interested in ensuring that our bylaws are clear and clearly communicated. I look forward to learning more.
