Board member duties
The Crystalbrook Board of Directors is composed of five members: President, Vice-president, Treasurer, Secretary and Member-at-large. Their duties are defined in the HOA’s Bylaws. These include:
President
chief executive officer of the HOA
presides at all meetings of the HOA and Board of Directors
has the general powers and duties that are usually vested in the office of president
Vice-president
acts in the place and stead of the president in event of his/her absence
Treasurer
keeps full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements
monitors monies and valuable effects in the name of the HOA
provides the HOA’s property management company with oversight and review regarding the HOA’s budget
Secretary
keeps minutes of all meetings of the board and HOA
helps manage book, papers and records of the HOA
Member-at-large
represents the interests and concerns of homeowners in general
